This code were stamped on VW Engine case cylinder 1 above knock threshold It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), implausible signal or data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 2 is the final reason of the code. |
15021 Possible Causes:
15021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 15021 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
