150 Description And Summary : |

When you open motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel mixture control adjustment range 1, lower limit not reached . On the other hand ignition coil 'b' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
150 Possible Causes:
150 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 150 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control: open stop outside of valid range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
