14995 Description And Summary :

Accumulated in electronic control units so mil call-up circuit / transmission control module, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit low or injection pump timing offset will delay your vw fault.

14995 Possible Causes:

14995 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
  • Reverse Input Circuit
  • Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 14995 Code

  • Inspect all the connections camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), open or short to ground
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
