Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to ground or change valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), regulation range exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
14983 Possible Causes:
14983 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14983 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
