Diagnosing engine bar with secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles nox sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance . So for next 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
14980 Possible Causes:
14980 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14980 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, default not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
