Diagnosing engine bar with evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition switch accessory position, circuit high and wait then evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |

14977 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 14977 Code
- Inspect all the connections automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
