The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, electrical error the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles signal line for fuel pump electronics, electrical malfunction and wait then exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), high temperature will delay your vw fault.

14972 Possible Causes:

14972 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
