This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition switch run/start position, circuit or change throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit will delay your vw fault.
