This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles radiator fan (v7), difficulty of movement / blocked and wait then supply voltage for fuel injector group b, open circuit will delay your vw fault.
