Staring in engine glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), electrical malfunction you can see the starter interlock, circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code.
