This something to do with the intake camshaft timing mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more cylinder 8 above knock threshold or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
14941 Possible Causes:
14941 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14941 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
