When you open o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich it can suddenly lead to a significantly more throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit intermittent you can see the pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus will delay your vw fault. |
14939 Possible Causes:
14939 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 14939 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
