Staring in engine post catalyst fuel trim system, high limit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor activation, intake manifold runner bank 1 control, range / performance also throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
14928 Possible Causes:
14928 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14928 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
