The problem is about exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground . So for next steering angle signal, error message from steering angle sensor is the final reason of the code. |
14923 Possible Causes:
14923 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14923 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
