Diameter in engine pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit low and 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
14909 Possible Causes:
14909 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 14909 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
