14908 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit high or change oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low is the final reason of the code. |
14908 Possible Causes:
14908 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14908 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus engine/engine, software condition monitoring
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
