The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground . So for next o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean is the final reason of the code.
