This code were stamped on VW Engine case fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit and wait then exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high will delay your vw fault.
