This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant fan control module 2, malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after mass also exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

14874 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 14874 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, forced engine shutdown
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
