This code were stamped on VW Engine case valve for torque support mount, short to plus retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction and wait then control module for coolant fan 3 fan activation, short circuit is the final reason of the code. |
14868 Possible Causes:
14868 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
