Staring in engine oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles control module 1 for cooling fan, faulty and combustion detection during deceleration is the final reason of the code. |
14850 Possible Causes:
14850 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14850 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
