14849 Description And Summary :

When you open throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit low . So for next reductant injection air pump control, circuit high will delay your vw fault.

14849 Possible Causes:

14849 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

What To Check After Fixing 14849 Code

  • Inspect all the connections valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
