The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'f' primary control, circuit low you can see the signal buzzer activation, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
14817 Possible Causes:
14817 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 14817 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
