This code were stamped on VW Engine case cylinder 6 above knock threshold retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), implausible signal and wait then exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges will delay your vw fault. |
14816 Possible Causes:
14816 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 14816 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
