When you open motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction . So for next evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
14812 Possible Causes:
14812 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 14812 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
