This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition switch accessory position, circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to ground or change intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
14811 Possible Causes:
14811 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 14811 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
