This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit high or vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation is the final reason of the code. |
14804 Possible Causes:
14804 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 14804 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission ratio, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
