The problem is about 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start relays for large amount of heat (j360), short-circuit after pluses or change secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
14794 Possible Causes:
14794 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 14794 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
