Staring in engine post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition switch accessory position, circuit also engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
14778 Possible Causes:
14778 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14778 Code
- Inspect all the connections crankshaft position signal output, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
