This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal or transmission control unit relay, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
14777 Possible Causes:
14777 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 14777 Code
- Inspect all the connections catalyst system exhaust bank 3, effectiveness too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
