Diameter in engine intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground or change exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
14776 Possible Causes:
14776 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 14776 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation intake manifold runner bank 2 control circuit, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
