14769 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit intermittent / erratic or change exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |
14769 Possible Causes:
14769 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 14769 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
