This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 1 It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake b camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low or exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
14768 Possible Causes:
14768 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 14768 Code
- Inspect all the connections mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
