This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 7 above knock threshold to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ecm/pcm power input, signal range / performance and wait then pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
14749 Possible Causes:
14749 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14749 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
