When you open fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), power supply malfunction or change butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach is the final reason of the code. |
14739 Possible Causes:
14739 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14739 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
