This something to do with the intake camshaft timing a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake air heater "a", circuit and wait then intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
14734 Possible Causes:
14734 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

What To Check After Fixing 14734 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3/4 lambda probes before kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
