This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 1 above knock threshold to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so throttle position (tp) sensor 1-2, correlation . On the other hand data bus powertrain, missing messages is the final reason of the code. |
14724 Possible Causes:
14724 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 14724 Code
- Inspect all the connections low pressure fuel sensor sensor (g410), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
