The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector control pressure, erratic retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold runner control, upper stop not reached or exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
14723 Possible Causes:
14723 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14723 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
