This code were stamped on VW Engine case relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean also fuel mixture control adjustment range 1, higher limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |

14721 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

What To Check After Fixing 14721 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
