When you open a/c control module requested, mil illumination retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit high also evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance will delay your vw fault. |
14717 Possible Causes:
14717 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14717 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
