The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground or coolant fan (v7), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
14709 Possible Causes:
14709 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14709 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
