Accumulated in electronic control units so hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), no / incorrect basic setting/adaptation run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground or change exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
14701 Possible Causes:
14701 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14701 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
