14700 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine clutch torque, adaptation at limit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high and wait then 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
14700 Possible Causes:
14700 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 14700 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
