When you open exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, open circuit also glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
14697 Possible Causes:
14697 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
