When you open transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ or engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
14686 Possible Causes:
14686 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 14686 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
