This something to do with the intake camshaft timing transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit you can see the reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

14677 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14677 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
