This code were stamped on VW Engine case secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck closed retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic you can see the bank 1; system too lean at idle is the final reason of the code.
