This code were stamped on VW Engine case valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short-circuit after pluses retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) also linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

14651 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 14651 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
