14637 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault cylinder 2 above knock threshold run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed shift lock, short to ground and nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
14637 Possible Causes:
14637 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 14637 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger speed sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
