When you open intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system hydraulic pressure sensor 1, range / performance you can see the intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open is the final reason of the code. |
14611 Possible Causes:
14611 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 14611 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
